Pre-heat oven to 375 °F
Thaw the puff pastry on the counter for about 10 minutes and unfold once thawed.
Cut a ¼ of the puff pastry from the sheet and set aside. This will be the mummy wraps. Place the jam in the center of the puff pastry.
Place the brie on top of the jam. Fold in the sides of the puff pastry and pinch to seal.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and flip brie over and place it in the center.
Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the remaining puff pastry into thin strips. Place the strips over the wrapped brie to resemble mummy wraps.
Brush beaten egg over the puff pastry and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Remove from oven and place candy eyeballs on the brie. Serve with crackers.
