Mummy Wrapped Brie

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • 8 oz wheel brie cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • candy eyeballs or raisins


  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F
  • Thaw the puff pastry on the counter for about 10 minutes and unfold once thawed.
  • Cut a ¼ of the puff pastry from the sheet and set aside. This will be the mummy wraps. Place the jam in the center of the puff pastry.
  • Place the brie on top of the jam. Fold in the sides of the puff pastry and pinch to seal.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and flip brie over and place it in the center.
  • Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the remaining puff pastry into thin strips. Place the strips over the wrapped brie to resemble mummy wraps.
  • Brush beaten egg over the puff pastry and bake for 20-22 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place candy eyeballs on the brie. Serve with crackers.
