  • 5 Uncooked Bratwurst (1pkg.)
  • Brats Buns
  • Desired Toppings: Sauerkraut, Mustard, Ketchup, Pickles, Onion


  • Pre-heat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place Brats on the baking sheet. Make sure to space brats about an inch apart.
  • Place baking sheet with brats in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes and flip the brats. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
  • The brats should reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Remove from oven and serve on buns with desired toppings.
