Pre-heat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place Brats on the baking sheet. Make sure to space brats about an inch apart.
Place baking sheet with brats in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes and flip the brats. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
The brats should reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Remove from oven and serve on buns with desired toppings.
