Brownie Mix Waffles

Ingredients

  • 18.3 oz boxed brownie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and strawberries, for topping

Instructions

  • Turn on waffle maker and begin to heat.
  • While waffle maker heats, mix the waffle batter. Mix the dry brownie mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla together. 
  • Once the waffle maker is heated, lightly spay surface with cooking spray. Add ¾ cup of the mix to the waffle maker.
  • Close and cook for about 5 minutes. Once cooked, remove the waffles from the maker, cover to keep warm, and proceed with remaining mix. 
  • Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
