  • 15 oz can cut green beans, drained
  • 15 oz can wax beans, drained
  • 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz can chickpeas, drined and rinsed
  • ½ cup chopped fresh green pepper
  • ½ cup sliced green onion
  • cup diced white onion
  • cup distilled white vinegar
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • Place beans and chickpeas into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add green onion, white onion, and green pepper.
  • Gently stir to evenly mix.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegars, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the Classic 3-Bean Salad. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
