Quick and Easy BLT Fries

Ingredients

  • 20 oz bag of McCain Quick Cook Fries
  • cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 oz packet of ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
  • Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes- no flipping.
  • While fries bake, prepare the ranch sauce. Mix together the mayo, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Spoon into a plastic bag and set aside.
  • Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the fries. Return the baking sheet to the oven and back an additional 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped romaine and slices green onions.
  • Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Snip the tip of the bag and drizzle over the fries.
  • Serve immediately.
