Place pork in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, honey, lime zest, lime juice, chili power, jalapenos, and garlic.
Cook 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
Remove pork from slow cooker, shred, and return to the slow cooker. Stir to coat with sauce.
Serve in tortillas with avocado, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
