Bacon Broccoli Quiche

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 5 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 9-inch regular frozen pie crust


  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and heavy cream together. Set aside.
  • Place broccoli in the pie crust. Top with chopped bacon and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over the bacon and broccoli.
  • Place pie crust on a baking sheet and place in pre-heated oven.
  • Bake quiche for 40 minutes. The center should be set when given a gentle shake. If the center shakes, allow quiche to bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove quiche from oven and allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
