Instructions
In a medium skillet, brown the sausage, breaking it a part with a wooden spoon.
In a slow cooker, add tortellini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and cooked sausage. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Add cream cheese and stir gently. Allow the cream cheese to melt into the broth for a few minutes.
Add spinach and stir gently. Allow spinach to wilt and cook for a few minutes. Serve in soup bowls.
