Muffaletta Casserole

  • 1 lb Penne Pasta
  • 1 ½ cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz Ham chopped
  • 6 oz Genoa Salami chopped
  • 1 cup Olive Salad Mix
  • 2.25 oz canned sliced black olives drained
  • ½ tsp black pepper


  • Preheat over to 350°F.
  • Cook pasta according to package ingredients. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  • Add ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, olive salad, black olive, and pepper.
  • Gently mix till all ingredients in the bowl together.
  • Pour the pasta into a 9x13 casserole dish. It is not necessary to grease the dish because of the oil from the olive salad.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve.
