Oven Baked Denver Omelette

Ingredients

  • ½ small onion, diced chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced chopped
  • 1 ⅓ cup chopped cooked ham
  • 9 eggs
  • cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 10-inch round baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place ham in the pie plate. Add peppers and onions. Gently mix with a spoon. Top with ⅓ cup of cheese.
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture over the ham, onions, peppers, and cheese.
  • Top with additional ⅓ cup of cheese
  • Bake in oven until eggs are browned and puffy, about 25-30 minutes. Allow eggs to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
