In a medium bowl, whisk together mix, beer, salt, cumin, garlic and olive oil. Place chicken into a large resealable bag and pour in marinade. Toss to coat. Allow chicken to marinate for at least 4 hours.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit (75° Celsius).
Remove from grill. Tent with foil and rest for 2-3 minutes.
