Loaded Beergarita Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 cup margarita mix
  • 1 cup lite beer
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts

Garnishes

  • Sliced Avocado
  • Crumbled Cotija Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mix, beer, salt, cumin, garlic and olive oil. Place chicken into a large resealable bag and pour in marinade. Toss to coat. Allow chicken to marinate for at least 4 hours.
  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit (75° Celsius).
  • Remove from grill. Tent with foil and rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • Slice and top with desired garnishes
