PB&J Muffin Kabobs

  • 6 Entenmann’s Little Bites® Chocolate Chip muffins
  • 6 Entenmann’s Little Bites® Blueberry muffins
  • 6 large strawberries, halved lengthwise
  • 12 plump blueberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced into 6 pieces
  • 6 skewers
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt


  • Place all ingredients, besides the peanut butter and yogurt, close to the assembly area.
  • Place an Entenmann’s Little Bites® Chocolate Chip muffin on the skewer. Next, follow with a blueberry, strawberry half, and a banana.
  • Next add an Entenmann’s Little Bites® Blueberry muffin. Follow with a blueberry and a strawberry half.
  • Once kabobs are assembled, make the vanilla peanut butter dipping sauce. First, add the peanut butter to a mixing bowl. Next, add the yogurt. Whisk till smooth and spoon into a small serving bowl.
  • Serve kabobs with the vanilla peanut butter sauce on the side.
