Skillet Sweet and Sour Meatballs with Pineapple

frozen beef or turkey meatballs
Hot cooked rice
Instructions
Drain pineapple juice into a 1 cup measuring cup. Add water to measuring cup so there is 1 full cup of liquid.
Add to pineapple juice to a large rimmed skillet.
Add ⅓ cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk till smooth.
Add pineapple, peppers, and meatballs to skillet.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
