Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Green Beans

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ¼ lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 3 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp honey


  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place trimmed green beans on the sheet pan.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the chicken on the sheet pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, garlic, and Mazola® Corn Oil.
  • Evenly drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the chicken and green beans.
  • Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
