Slow Cooker Chocolate Peanut Candy

  • 32 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 32 oz white almond bark, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 oz 70% chocolate, cubed
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp salt
  • sprinkles optional


  • Place peanuts, chocolate chips, dark chocolate, almond bark, and salt into the slow cooker. Do not stir. Set temperature to low and cook for 1 hour.
  • Open lid and stir the candy gently. The solids should be melted. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
  • Open the lid and stir. Place several sheets of wax or parchment paper on the counter.
  • Spoon 1 ½ tbsp portions on the wax paper. Top with sprinkles.
  • Wait for the candy to completely harden and set before storing the candy. The candy can be kept at room temperature, but it is prepared to store in the fridge.
