Place peanuts, chocolate chips, dark chocolate, almond bark, and salt into the slow cooker. Do not stir. Set temperature to low and cook for 1 hour.
Open lid and stir the candy gently. The solids should be melted. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
Open the lid and stir. Place several sheets of wax or parchment paper on the counter.
Spoon 1 ½ tablespoon portions on the wax paper. Top with sprinkles.
Wait for the candy to completely harden and set before storing the candy. The candy can be kept at room temperature, but it is prepared to store in the fridge.
