Hot Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 packages hot cocoa mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Mallow Bits

Instructions

  • Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with standing mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a different mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and Marshmallow Bits. Cover and chill for 30 minutes-2 hours.
  • When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Drop 2 tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets lined with baking mats or parchment paper. Add 3-4 additional Marshmallow Bits to each cookie.
  • Bake 9 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool on baking sheets 3 minutes and then move to racks or parchment to finish cooling.
