Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Remove, cover, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt , and pepper. Set aside.
In a large rimmed skillet, cook the bacon till crisp. Reduce heat to medium-low. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease from the pan. Add the eggs to the bacon and allow eggs to cook, but gradually pull in the sides and allow the eggs to set.
Once eggs are cooked, place ⅙ of eggs into a tortilla. Top with ⅙ of the following: cheese, onion, salsa, avocado, and cilantro. Serve and enjoy warm.
