Whisk together, eggs, milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, pie spice, vanilla and sugar.
Dip the first side into the egg mixture and allow it to sit for 15-20 seconds. Flip and repeat. Place french toast on the griddle or into the pan. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
Cook about 3 minutes per side. The french toast should be golden before flipping.
Transfer to a serving plate when all slices have finished cooking. Serve with maple butter and maple syrup.
For Maple Butter
In a bowl, whip the butter and syrup till smooth. Transfer to a butter crock or sealable container.
