Heat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix honey and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix mayo with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Add pork chops and toss to coat.
Grill pork about 4 minutes per side. Using a meat thermometer check temperature, and when pork is 135° brush each side of the pork liberally with the honey in the small bowl. Remove pork when it reaches 145° and transfer to a plate to rest for a few minutes.
Brush pork with additional honey curry sauce and serve.
