Grilled Chili Cheeseburgers

  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 burger buns

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.

  2. In a bowl, add beef, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheese.

  3. Gently mix with your hands until ingredients are just incorporated together.

  4. Pat burgers into 4 patties.

  5. Place burgers on the grill to cook. Flip when burgers temp at about 115°F. Place a slice of cheese on each burger. Cook until burger temp is at 145-150°F for a medium-well burger. Remove from the grill and serve on buns.
