Loaded Beer Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz plain cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
  • cup sour cream
  • cup beer
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, reserve 2 tablespoon for topping
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped, reserve 1 tablespoon for topping
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced reserve 2 tablespoon for topping
  • Potato Chips and Pretzels

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to mix cream cheese, ranch packet, and sour cream. Slowly add in the beer and mix on low till creamy. Gently stir in the cheese, bacon and green onions. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge and transfer to serving dish. Top with cheese, bacon and onions. Serve with potato chips and pretzels.
