Slow Cooker Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 6 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup salted caramel syrup
  • Whipped cream and caramel topping, if desired

  1. Place all ingredients besides the topping into a slow cooker. 

  2. Gently stir to coat. 

  3. Cook on low for 4 hours. Whisk to ensure all chocolate is melted and well blended. 

  4. Serve in mugs ad top with whipped cream and caramel, if desired.
