Slow Cooker Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 oz dry ranch dressing packet
  • 4 oz canned diced jalapeño
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped reserve ⅓ for topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reserve ½ cup for topping

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch packet, diced jalapeño, ⅔ of the chopped bacon, and 1 cup cheese.
  • Spread evenly into a 2 qt. slow cooker.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Arrange jalapeño slices on top. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
