Serving size will depend of how hearty your eaters are. This feeds my family of 2 adults, a 5 year old and a 2 year old. For 4 adults I recommended another rack. This recipe can adapt to 2 racks. Increase the spices, but liquid amounts stay the same. I would increase cooking time by 10 minutes.
