Preheat the oven to 300°F. Place cubed meat in a 9 x 13 baking dish or a medium dutch oven.
In a large bowl, mix the soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix and broth together. Pour over the meat and toss to combine.
Cover the dish tightly with foil or cover with dutch oven lid. Bake for 3 hours. Remember, no peeking!
Slow Cooker Instructions
Place beef in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over the beef and cover.
Cook on low heat 7-8 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours.
Instant Pot Instructions
Set pressure cooker to sauté setting. Add a tablespoon of oil to the instant pot.
Add beef and brown on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl. Turn off the sauté function and pour contents of the bowl over the beef. Stir.
Cover and set to not venting. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Allow the pressure cooker to naturally release for 10 minutes before manually releasing the pressure. Serve .
