Remove chicken from package and pat the wings dry. This is important so the become crispy while cooking.
Place wings in a bowl and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
Place wings in the air fryer. Make sure that the wings are not overlapping or covering each other. This will prevent the wings from getting crispy and cooking evenly. Air frying is done in batches depending on the size of the fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip the wings and continue cooking for an additional 7 minutes.
If frying in batches remove the wings and keep warm while the second batch cooks.
While wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix together bbq sauce, soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Remove cooked wings from air fryer and place in a large clean bowl. Toss the wings in the sauce to coat.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping.
