For Salad:

Instructions
For the Dressing:
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Set aside till ready to serve. The dressing can be made 2-3 days in advance.
For Salad:
Place spinach into a large bowl.
Cut the apples into thin slices. Top the salad with sliced apples, pecans, cheese, and cranberries.
Next, top the salad with the dressing and toss to evenly mix the ingredients. Serve.
