Air Fryer Chicken Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup toasted breadcrumbs, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ tsp seasoning salt, divided
  • Buns, lettuce, tomato, and mayo

Instructions

  • Add ground chicken, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and¼ teaspoon seasoning salt into a medium bowl.
  • Mix the chicken till all ingredients are well mixed. The meat will be slightly sticky.
  • Form the chicken into 6 equal patties.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 360°F. While the air fryer pre-heats, bread the chicken patties.
  • To bread, mix the remaining breadcrumbs and seasoning salt together. Dredge each chicken patty in the bread crumbs.
  • Place the chicken into the air fryer in one layer. You like likely need to do two batches of 3 depending on the size of the air fryer. Do not overlap the chicken.
  • Cook for 12-13 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from the air fryer and repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Place chicken on a bun and garnish with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and mayo. Serve.
