Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large sauce pot melt the butter. Whisk in the flour until it creates a thick paste.
Slowly pour in the milk and chicken broth while whisking. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk and allow the mixture to slightly thicken.
Stir in mozzarella cheese. Add the noodles and stir till combined.
Next, gently stir in the basil and tomatoes. Serve immediately.
