Cheddar Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional seasonings: ranch powder, taco season, black pepper
  • Sour cream or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat. Set aside.
  • Make even mounds of cheese on the baking mat spaced about 1-inch apart. If using any seasoning lightly sprinkle it on top at this time.
  • Place tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove tray from the oven. Allow the cheese for cool for 10 minutes. Flip the cheese crisps. Return to the oven.
  • Bake an additional ten minutes. Remove from oven and let the cheese cool before enjoying. Store in an airtight container or bag.
