Shredded cheddar cheese
Optional seasonings: ranch powder, taco season, black pepper
Sour cream or ranch for dipping

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat. Set aside.
Make even mounds of cheese on the baking mat spaced about 1-inch apart. If using any seasoning lightly sprinkle it on top at this time.
Place tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove tray from the oven. Allow the cheese for cool for 10 minutes. Flip the cheese crisps. Return to the oven.
Bake an additional ten minutes. Remove from oven and let the cheese cool before enjoying. Store in an airtight container or bag.
