Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
Peel apples and slice into thin pieces. Place in a bowl and toss with cinnamon and sugar. Layer apples evenly into the pie plate.
For the crust, mix melted butter, sugar and flour. Add the egg and mix.
Evenly spread the batter over the top of the apples.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove and allow pie to cool 20 minutes before serving.
