Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
Cut each of the 8 biscuits into eighths and place in a mixing bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together meted butter, parmesan, garlic, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley. Add the butter mixture to the biscuit pieces- reserve a few tablespoons to brush on top after baking. Gently stir till evenly coated.
Arrange 5-6 pieces into each muffin cup.
Place into oven and bake about 8 minutes- the tops should be golden brown. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve.
