Ingredients

  • 12 oz lemonade concentrate
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • whipped cream
  • fresh lemons

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the lemonade and the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add the lemon extract.
  • Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spread into the pie crust. Place in freezer 6-8 hours to overnight. The pie should be set. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon zest.
