Slow Cooker Chorizo Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chorizo
  • 1 lb Velveeta Queso Blanco cut in to cubes
  • ½ cup lite beer
  • 10 oz can original Rotel

Instructions

  • Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until completely cooked.
  • Drain and add to a 3-4 qt slow cooker.
  • Add cheese, beer, and Rotel. Gently stir.
  • Cook 2 hours on low. Stir in 20 minute intervals.
