Velveeta Queso Blanco
cut in to cubes

lite beer

Instructions
Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until completely cooked.
Drain and add to a 3-4 qt slow cooker.
Add cheese, beer, and Rotel. Gently stir.
Cook 2 hours on low. Stir in 20 minute intervals.
