Ingredients

  • ½ lb chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • cup chopped red onion
  • cup dried cranberries
  • cup pecan pieces
  • cup mayo
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl besides the mayo, sour cream, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir.
  • Mix the mayo, sour cream, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad ingredients. Gently mix till evenly coated.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve.
