9-inch regular frozen pie crust

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and heavy cream together. Set aside.
Place broccoli in the pie crust. Top with chopped bacon and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over the bacon and broccoli.
Place pie crust on a baking sheet and place in pre-heated oven.
Bake quiche for 40 minutes. The center should be set when given a gentle shake. If the center shakes, allow quiche to bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove quiche from oven and allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
Slice and serve.
