corned beef brisket with spice packet

small yellow potatoes, halved

carrots, quartered

medium head of green cabbage, cored and cut into small wedges

apple cider

Instructions
Place cabbage in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add carrots and potatoes on top of the cabbage.
Place corned beef over the veggies. Sprinkle spice packet over the meat. Pour apple cider over meat and veggies.
Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
Remove beef, slice, and serve with the vegetables.
