Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 10-inch round baking dish with cooking spray.
Place ham in the pie plate. Add peppers and onions. Gently mix with a spoon. Top with ⅓ cup of cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture over the ham, onions, peppers, and cheese.
Top with additional ⅓ cup of cheese
Bake in oven until eggs are browned and puffy, about 25-30 minutes. Allow eggs to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
