Ingredients

  • 8 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 15 oz whole kernel corn drained
  • 15 oz canned creamed corn not drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

Oven Baked Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Pour batter into a greased 8"x8" baking pan.
  • Cook uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.

Slow Cooker Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Pour into slow cooker.
  • Cook on high 2-3 hours or low for 4 hours. The middle should be set.
